This is a 61 year-old female who presented to our office with a desire for both facial and neck rejuvenation. She was unsatisfied by the excess skin to her neck as well as, the laxity to her face. Subsequently, she elected for a Face Lift and a Deep Plane Neck Lift with fat grafting to the face.
