This is a 43 year old female who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed 167 at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction utilizing placement of tissue expanders and ADM. Once she was filled to the size of her preference she elected for bilateral removal of tissue expanders, capsulotomies, placement of Mentor smooth, round, ultra-high profile, 750 cc silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to her breasts./span>
