This is a 35 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches and weighed 182 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer with axillary lymph node involvement and elected for neo-adjuvant chemotherapy with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of sub-pectoral tissue expanders and ADM. Once she was filled to a size of her preference she elected for bilateral removal of tissue expanders, capsulotomies with placement of smooth, round, ultra-high, 650 cc Mentor silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to her breasts. She then elected for bilateral revision of reconstructed breasts with additional autologous fat grafting. She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
