This is a 55 year old female who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed 118 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and ADM. Once she was filled to a size of her preference she elected for bilateral removal of tissue expanders, capsulotomies, placement of smooth, round, ultra-high right breast 455cc and left breast 430 cc silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to breasts.
