This 52 year-old female was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for bilateral mastectomies with placement of tissue expanders at the first stage. Her second stage she elected of removal of bilateral tissue expanders and placement of DIEP flap breast reconstruction and approximately 3 months she elected for nipple/areola reconstruction.
