This 46 year-old female was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer and elected for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate placement of bilateral tissue expanders. She then elected for left breast radiation. Following her treatment she elected for removal of her tissue expanders and placement of smooth, round, ultra high profile, Mentor silicone gel implants with 480cc on the right and 590cc on the left.
