This is a 51 year old female who is 5 feet 8 inches and weighed 133 pounds at the time of surgery. She initially underwent a breast augmentation in the early 1990u2019s and then elected for an augmentation revision with removal and replacement of her implants in 2019 at an outside facility. Unfortunately she developed a chronic infection of her implant and underwent a removal of her right breast implant with capsulectomy. Once she was healed, she elected for placement of tissue expander for contracted skin. Once the tissue expander was filled to the volume of her preference she elected for removal of tissue expander and placement of permanent 420cc Natrelle, highly-cohesive silicone gel implant.
