This is a 38 year old female who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighed 195 at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for bilateral skin sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders and ADM. Once she was filled to a size of her preference she elected for bilateral removal of tissue expanders, capsulotomies with placement of smooth, round, ultra-high, 800 ccMentor silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to her breasts. She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
