This is a 70 year old female who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighed 214 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for bilateral mastectomies and adjuvant chemotherapy. She then elected for bilateral delayed breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders with ADM. She then elected for bilateral removal of tissue expanders, capsulotomies, placement of smooth, round, silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting with excision of bilateral axillary tissue. She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
