This is a 66 year old female who is 5 feet 2 inches and weighed 143 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for a mastectomy with no reconstruction. Several years later she was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a left mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of bilateral tissue expanders and acellular dermal matrix. She then elected for bilateral removal of tissue expanders, capsulotomies, placement of smooth, round, silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to her infra-clavicular hollows. She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing for her final stage of breast reconstruction.
