This is a 74 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 159 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer. She underwent right mastectomy with immediate placement of right tissue expander and left mastopexy (breast lift) for symmetry. She later underwent second-stage right tissue expander to implant exhange with placement of Mentor smooth, round, ultra-high profile, silicone gel 650 cc implant on the right. Her second stage also included fat grafting to the right breast and left breast augmentation mastopexy with placement of Mentor smooth, round, moderate classic profile, silicone gel 275 cc implant. She elected for right 3D nipple-areola tattoo reconstruction.
