This is a 43 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 129 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with tissue expander to implant breast reconstruction with placement of Mentor smooth, round, high-profile, extra filled silicone gel implants with 560 cc on the right and 535 cc on the left.
