This is a 65 year old female who is 5 fat 9 inches tall and weighed 181 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for right removal of saline implant (placed previously cosmetically), nipple sparing mastectomy with placement of pre-pectoral tissue expander and ADM. Once the expander was filled to a size of her preference she elected for right removal of tissue expander, capsulotomy and placement of bilateral, smooth, round (right extra-filled, 650 cc and left breast moderate-plus profile, 350 cc) silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to her breasts.
