This is a 50 year old female who is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 157 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral mastectomies with removal of implants (placed prior cosmetically) with sub-pectoral placement of tissue expanders and ADM. Once she was filled to size of her preference she underwent a bilateral removal of tissue expanders, capsulotomies with placement of smooth, round, ultra-high, 800 cc silicone gel breast implants with autologous fat grafting.
