This 57 year-old female is 5 feet 4 inches and 135 pounds when she was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with placement of bilateral tissue expanders at the first stage. At her second stage, she elected for removal of bilateral tissue expanders and placement of smooth, round, ultra-high profile, 590cc Mentor silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to her bilateral breasts.
