This is a 46 year old female who is 5 feet 7 inches and weighed 139 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction surgery with placement of sub pectoral tissue expanders and ADM. Once she was filled to a size of her preference she elected for bilateral removal of tissue expanders, capsulotomies with placement of smooth, round, ultra-high 480 cc silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to breasts.
