This is a 42 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 120 at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction utilizing placement of tissue expanders and ADM. Once she was filled to the size of her preference she elected for bilateral removal of tissue expanders, capsulotomies, placement of smooth, round, ultra high profile, 535cc silicone gel implants . She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
