This is a 42 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches and weighed 200 pounds at the time of her surgery. She underwent a bilateral submuscular breast augmentation and wise pattern mastopexy (breast lift) with placement of a smooth, round, high profile, 350cc Mentor silicone implant in the left breast and a smooth, round, ultra-high profile, 270cc Mentor silicone implant in the right breast.
