This is a 49 year old female who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed 140 pounds at the time of surgery. She underwent removal of bilateral breast implants with capsulorrhaphies, placement of Mentor smooth, round, moderate-plus profile, 405 cc extra-filled silicone gel implants, bilateral breast lift (mastopexy), and autologous fat grafting to the breasts.
