This is a 33 year old female who is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighed 125 pounds at the time of her surgery. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation revision with removal of her saline implants, replacement of submuscular smooth, round, high-profile, right breast 425 cc and left breast 450 cc Mentor, silicone gel implants with a left ellipse mastopexy and labiaplasty (edge trim with lateral extension to clitoral hood) to address her aesthetic concerns.
