This is a 60 year old female who is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 114 pounds at the time of her surgery. She initially elected for a bilateral sub-muscular saline breast augmentation in the past. She underwent a bilateral removal of implants with lateral capsulorrhaphies and placement of smooth, round, high-profile, 350 cc, Mentor, saline breast augmentation revision to enhance her breasts.
