This is a 55 year old female who is 5 feet 7 inches and weighed 197 pounds at the time of her surgery. She initially elected for a bilateral pre-pectoral saline augmentation in the past. She underwent a bilateral implant removal with capsulectomies with a site change to sub-muscular with placement of smooth, round, moderate-plus, 350 cc, Mentor silicone gel breast implants and wise pattern mastopexy to enhance and lift her breasts.
