This is a 66 year old female who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighed 95 pounds at the time surgery. She initially elected for a bilateral sub-muscular breast augmentation in the past. She underwent a bilateral removal of saline implants, capsulectomies with placement of smooth, round, high-profile, 400 cc, Mentor, silicone gel breast implants for breast augmentation revision.
