This is a 45 year old female who is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighed 120 pounds at the time of surgery. She underwent a bilateral dual-plane submuscular, smooth, round, high-profile, 250 cc silicone gel breast augmentation mammoplasty. However she then decided that she desired larger implants and elected for breast augmentation revision with bilateral removal of silicone gel implants, capsulotomies and placement smooth, round, high-profile, 300 cc, silicone gel implants and right circumareolar mastopexy to aid with breast symmetry.
