This 64 year-old female is 5 feet and 4 inches tall and 155 pounds at the time of her surgery. She presented at our office with implant capsular contracture and a ruptured right silicone gel implant. She then elected for removal of her implants and placement of smooth, round, high profile, 300cc Mentor silicone gel implants and bilateral mastopexy.
