This is a 30 year-old female who is 5 feet and 4 inches tall, weighing 124 pounds at the time of her surgery. She presented to our office with 10 year-old saline breast implants and desired for a slight increase in her overall breast cup size and correction of some bottoming out and lateralization of her left breast implant. She then elected for removal of her 250cc saline implants and then placement of smooth ,round, 390cc saline breast augmentation.
