This is a 35 year old female who is 5 feet 6 inches and weighed 144 pounds at the time of her surgery. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation revision with removal of saline implants, partial capsulectomies and placement of smooth, round, ultra high profile, 580cc Mentor silicone gel implants with autologous fat grafting to infraclavicular hollows.
