This is a 43 year old female who is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighed 130 pounds at the time of her surgery. She underwent a bilateral en-bloc capsulectomies with placement of subpectoral, smooth, round, high-profile, 350 cc Mentor silicone gel breast augmentation with wise pattern mastopexy and placement of acellular dermal matrix in an inferolateral sling.
