This is a 48 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches and weighed 135 pounds at the time of surgery. She underwent a bilateral en-bloc capsulectomies with placement of smooth, round, moderate-plus profile, 400 cc silicone gel breast augmentation with wise pattern mastopexy and lipoabdominoplasty.
