This is a 59 year old female who is 5 feet tall and weighed 117 pounds at the time of her surgery. She initially elected for a bilateral sub-muscular breast augmentation in the distant past. She underwent a bilateral removal of implants, capsulectomies with replacement of smooth, round, ultra-high, 350cc, Mentor silicone gel breast augmentation revision.
