This is a 53 year old female who is 5 feet 10 inches and weighed 178 pounds at the time of surgery. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation revision with removal of her implants with en bloc capsulectomies with placement of smooth, round, moderate-plus 450 cc silicone gel breast implants with wise pattern mastopexies.
