This is a 28 year old female who is 5 feet 3 inches and weighed 105 pounds at the time of her surgery. She initially elected for a bilateral sub-muscular, 350 cc, moderate plus, silicone gel, breast augmentation in the distant past. She unfortunately developed capsular contracture and underwent a left removal of her implant, capsulectomy and placement of smooth, round, moderate-plus profile, 350 cc, Mentor, silicone gel breast augmentation revision.
