This is a 63 year-old female who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighed 130 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with placement of bilateral tissue expanders at the first stage. At her second stage, she elected for removal of bilateral tissue expanders and placement of Mentor, smooth, round, high profile, extra-filled silicone gel implants with 595 cc in the right breast and 650 cc in the left breast and autologous fat grafting to her bilateral breasts.
