This is a 68 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches and weighed 139 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a left nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of a tissue expander and ADM. Once she was filled to a size of her preference she elected for left removal of tissue expander, capsulotomy with placement of smooth, round, ultra high-profile, Mentor, 400cc silicone gel implants (right augmentation to optimize symmetry) with autologous fat grafting to her left breast. She then elected for revision of her left reconstructed breast with additional autologous fat grafting.
