This is a 56 year old female who is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed 135 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer and elected for bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies in 2008 and implant-based breast reconstruction. She presently has Mentor smooth, round, high-profile silicone gel implants in place with 600 cc on the right side and 550 cc on the left side. She elected for placement of Phasix mesh to the right breast for reinforcement. She completed bilateral 2D areola tattoo reconstruction.
