This is a 63 year old female who is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed 206 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a left skin-sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of tissue expander and ADM. Once she was filled to a size of her preference she elected for left removal of tissue expander, capsulectomy, with pectoralis major advancement flap and placement of DIEP flap with phasix mesh to abdomen and right breast mastopexy to optimize symmetry for medical necessity. She then elected for left 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
