This is a 55 year old female who is 5 feet 10 inches and weighed 250 pounds at the time of surgery. In 2012 she was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a skin sparing mastectomy. A few years later she elected for delayed breast reconstruction with placement of left tissue expander with excision of left axillary tissue and right breast reduction to optimize symmetry for medical necessity. She then elected for left removal of tissue expander, capsulotomy with placement of DIEP flap and phasix mesh to the abdomen with right wise pattern mastopexy with autologous fat grafting to optimize symmetry for medical necessity. She then elected for left revision reconstructed breast with autologous fat grafting. Shortly after she elected for a left CV nipple flap with second stage areola tattoo to complete her breast reconstruction.
