This is 50 year old female who is 5 feet tall and weighed 141 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for removal of her implants (placed previously cosmetically) with right skin-sparing mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction with placement of right DIEP flap and phasix mesh to the abdomen and left mastopexy to optimize symmetry. She then elected for bilateral CV nipple flaps with second stage 2D areolar tattooing.
