This is a 49 year old female who is 5 feet 5 inches and weighed 188 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral skin-sparing simple mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction utilizing DIEP flaps and phasix mesh to the abdomen. She then elected for bilateral revision of reconstructed breasts with autologous fat grafting and scar revision to her hypertrophic abdominal scar. She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
