This is a 44 year old female who is 5 feet 2 inches and weighed 129 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a left nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction utilizing a tissue expander and ADM. She then elected for removal of her left tissue expander with capsulectomy and left pectoralis major advancement flap with DIEP flap and a right circumareolar mastopexy to optimize symmetry for medical necessity.
