This is a 26 year old female who is 5 feet 1 inches tall and weighed 147 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and BRCA1 genetic mutation. She elected for right DIEP flap breast reconstruction and left latissimus dorsi flap reconstruction with placement of Mentor smooth, round, high profile, extra-filled silicone gel 535 cc sub-latissimus implant on the left side. She elected for bilateral 3D nipple-areola reconstruction.
