This is a 44 year old female who is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 141 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral mastectomies with placement of tissue expanders with ADM. Once her expanders were filled to the size of her preference of she underwent bilateral removal of tissue expanders, placement of HCG implants, and autologous fat grafting. However she desired an autologous based breast reconstruction and underwent a bilateral removal of implants, capsulectomies, pectoralis major advancement flaps, and bilateral DIEP flaps with autologous fat grafting to breasts She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola reconstruction to complete her breast reconstruction.
