This is a 57 year old female who is 5 feet tall and weighed 167 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 and elected for bilateral mastectomies with implant based breast reconstruction at an outside facility. She then elected for bilateral removal of her implants, capsulectomies, pectoralis major advancement flaps with placement of DIEP flaps with phasix mesh to the abdomen for her autologous based breast reconstruction. A few months later she elected for bilateral revision of reconstructed breasts with autologous fat grafting. She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction
