This is a 53 year old female who is 5 feet 9 inches and weighed 150 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction with placement of DIEP flaps and phasix mesh to the abdomen.
