This is a 57 year-old female who was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma to her right breast. Subsequently, she elected for neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by a right mastectomy and radiation therapy. Following her cancer treatments she elected to proceed with our office with a right DIEP flap breast reconstruction and a left breast reduction to optimize breast symmetry.
