This is a 60 year old female who is 5 feet 3 inches and weighed 195 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction utilizing DIEP flaps and phasix mesh to the abdomen. She then elected for bilateral revision of reconstructed breast with lipocontouring and mastopexy with umbilical hernia repair.
