This is a 60 year old female who is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighed 141 pounds at the time of her surgery. She was diagnosed with left breast cancer and elected for a lumpectomy with adjuvant radiation therapy. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with recurrent left breast cancer and elected for bilateral skin-sparing mastectomies with immediate breast reconstruction utilizing DIEP flaps and phasix mesh to the abdomen. She then elected for bilateral CV nipple flaps to recreate her nipple reconstruction. Once healed she elected for bilateral 2D areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
