This is a 52 year old female who is 5 feet and weighed 164 pounds at the time of surgery. She is BRCA 2 positive genetic mutation and elected for bilateral simple mastectomies with removal of her implants (placed previously cosmetically) with immediate breast reconstruction with capsulectomies, pectoralis major advancement flaps, and placement of DIEP flaps with phasix mesh to the abdomen. She then elected for bilateral revision of reconstructed breast with bilateral CV nipple flaps and excision of left dog ear with closure. She then elected for 2D areolar tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
