This is a 51 year old female who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighed 125 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with right breast cancer and elected for a right mastectomy with implant based breast reconstruction and left breast augmentation to optimize symmetry for medical necessity at an outside facility. She then underwent a right removal of implant with lateral capsulorrhaphy and placement of smooth, round, ultra-high profile, 400 cc silicone gel implant and removal of left breast implant with replacement of smooth, round, moderate classic 255 cc silicone gel implant with left breast mastopexy to optimize symmetry for medical necessity. She then underwent a bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
