This is a 60 year old female who is 5 feet 5 inches and weighed 150 pounds at the time of surgery. She was diagnosed with breast cancer and elected for bilateral mastectomies with implant based breast reconstruction at an outside facility. Unfortunately she had a rupture of her implant and then elected for bilateral removal of implants, capsulectomies with placement of implants for breast reconstruction revision. She then elected for revision of right reconstructed breast with autologous fat grafting to bilateral breasts. She then elected for bilateral 3D nipple/areola tattooing to complete her breast reconstruction.
